SHOR is a support service. It is not medical care or crisis response, and nobody monitors the app. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. For emotional support or a crisis, call or text 988. More options are on the Help now screen.

You can cancel anytime from Billing & trial. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. The 7-day trial collects no payment method, so nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

Everyone you invite joins free and keeps their access while your subscription is active. When your trial or plan ends, your circle can still read existing updates. Subscribe again to add new ones.
